Next Resume Privacy Policy

Next Resume is provided by SigmaTechX. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Next Resume mobile application.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account status.
• User content: resume details, employment and education history, skills, prompts, generated text, templates, and portfolios you choose to publish.
• Usage and diagnostics: app interactions, feature usage, device/app information, and crash or performance diagnostics.
• Push notifications: a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token, app version, platform, language, notification permission status, and registration timestamps.
• Purchase and credit status: AI credit balances and premium-access status. We do not directly collect payment-card details.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, save and synchronize resumes, provide AI writing and analysis features, generate files, publish portfolios at your request, deliver notifications you permit, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve app reliability.

Service providers and AI processing

Next Resume uses Google services including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google Cloud generative-AI services. Resume content and prompts are sent to these processors only as needed to provide requested features. Their processing is governed by applicable Google data-protection terms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only to operate the app, when you intentionally publish a portfolio, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

Retention and security

Account data and saved content are retained while your account remains active. Generated exports and published portfolios may remain available until you delete your account or the content. We use access controls and encrypted network connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and account deletion

You can disable notifications at any time in Android system settings. Signing out unregisters the current device token. You can permanently delete your account and associated resumes, generated files, AI history, credits, device tokens, and published portfolios from Profile → Delete account in the app. You may also follow the instructions on our account deletion page.

Children

Next Resume is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The revised date above identifies the latest version.
